Silver Springs, Florida
Today's postcards focus on underwater shots. I saw diver's in the water here a couple of times when I was a kid but I don't have any specific memory if they were male or female and I believe they were in scuba gear and not dressed like these ladies. The springs were also used for the 50's television show "Sea Hunt" starring Lloyd Bridges.

Rainbow Springs, Florida
Rainbow Springs Park opened in the 1930's, changed ownership several times, and finally closed in the 1970's. The springs later became and currently remain a state park. Unlike Silver Springs with it's glass bottom boats, the boats at Rainbow Springs had guests sitting below the water level and looking straight out at the underwater landscape.

Stuff
I have been in the process of moving to Atlanta and although I am now moved, I do not yet have internet access because of very poor service from the cable company and I am looking for employment. As a result of these conditions, post will remain slow to non-existent for just a little longer.
