Hialeah, Florida

The famous flock of 600 flamingos at Hialeah Race Course is always a centre of interest to visitors.  About 45 young birds are hatched and reared annually.  The scene illustrated shows adult birds and their mud and grass nests.  Several eggs may be seen.
