Zion National Park, Utah

The West Temple and Altar of Sacrifice rise about 3,800 and 3,400 feet above the floor of the canyon respectively.  Zion National Park is reached by delightful motor tour from Cedar City, Utah, a point on the Union Pacific Railroad 275 miles south of Salt Lake City, and the gateway to other scenic attractions in Southern Utah and Northern Arizona.
